Sassy may look adorable, but don’t let that fool you — she runs a tight ship. As our resident bulldog and unofficial complaint department, she takes her job very seriously. With her signature grumpy stare and no‑nonsense attitude, she keeps the team on task and makes sure every concern is handled promptly.

She might not greet you with a wagging tail, but she will supervise your visit with great importance. And while she doesn’t hand out warm fuzzies, she’s fiercely loyal and always watching to make sure things are done right.
